Following the dinner, Romney came out to address the assembled reporters waiting outside. Romney cleared his throat and said, “Mr. Trump is a good man and he will do great things for our country. I support him wholeheartedly. Furthermore, as a result of this dinner, I have decided to put my dignity in a blind trust.” There was a audible gasp from the press.
